Senior Manager: Knowledge Systems

Job Title: Knowledge Systems – Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the Analytics Assets Life Cycle; deploy, monitor, and automate analytics assets in production.
- Set up CI pipelines to automate testing, validation, and deployment.
- Implement automated monitoring and alerting for disruptions/anomalies.
- Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to integrate data/model requirements into production systems.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in deployment, performance, and scalability.
- Develop governance policies for data management, model development, and analytics deployment; scale best practices.
- Implement robust security measures for data assets.
- Improve team processes/structures/knowledge; analyze current state, recommend solutions, and drive execution.
- Stay current on MLOps and machine learning advancements.

Qualifications & Experience:
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years deploying and managing models in production.
- Experience leading MLOps/continuous improvement initiatives.
- Independent work; direct management of a cross-functional team.
- Strong ML fundamentals and model lifecycle management.
- Programming: Python, PySpark, SQL, Bash/PowerShell.
- ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
- Cloud: AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud; containers: Docker, Kubernetes.
- CI/CD and version control: Jenkins/GitLab CI/CircleCI; Git.
- Monitoring/logging: CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Compensation (starting range, FTE): Devens, MA: $148,480–$179,920; New Brunswick, NJ: $134,980–$163,564.
