Senior Manager: Knowledge Systems

Job Description
As a Knowledge Systems – Senior Manager, you will implement and manage the Analytics Assets Life Cycle. You will deploy, monitor, and automate analytics assets in production, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance, and streamline the end-to-end model lifecycle with data scientists, software engineers, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain analytics assets (data models, ML/AI, DI) in production.
- Set up CI pipelines to automate testing, validation, and deployment.
- Implement monitoring and alerting to address disruptions/anomalies.
- Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to integrate data/model requirements into production.
- Troubleshoot deployment, performance, and scalability issues.
- Create governance for data/model/analytics deployment; scale best practices.
- Apply robust security measures for data assets.
- Improve team processes/structures and execute complex solutions.
- Stay current with MLOps and machine learning advancements.

Qualifications & Required/Preferred Skills
- BS/MS in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years deploying/managing models in production.
- Experience implementing MLOps/continuous improvement.
- Lead/manage cross-functional team.
- Strong ML model lifecycle knowledge.
- Programming: Python, PySpark, SQL, Bash/PowerShell.
- ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
- Cloud: AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud; containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
- CI/CD: Jenkins/GitLab CI/CircleCI; Git.
- Monitoring/logging: CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication.

- Devens, MA: $148,480–$179,920; New Brunswick, NJ: $134,980–$163,564.
