Senior Manager, IT - Field Engagement Platforms

Role: Senior Manager, IT – Field Engagement Platforms, overseeing global Veeva CRM ecosystem and related field engagement tools for Mirum's Commercial and Medical Affairs teams. Responsibilities: develop and execute platform strategy, manage lifecycle, configure and deploy Veeva CRM capabilities including CLM, Approved Email, and Veeva Network; serve as product owner and business partner translating user needs into functional solutions; ensure integration with broader commercial systems; establish governance, compliance, and operational support; lead vendor management, project delivery, and budget oversight. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related; 5+ years supporting Commercial CRM platforms, preferably in pharma/biotech; deep experience with Veeva CRM and related modules; strong understanding of life sciences field processes and compliance standards; proven stakeholder management and product leadership skills.
