Senior Manager, IT Enterprise Applications - People & Legal

Role: IT Business Solutions Partner supporting People, Legal, and Corporate Communications systems at a biotech company. Objectives: manage and improve core enterprise applications (Workday, VNDLY, Greenhouse) and lead the Malbek CLM implementation. Responsibilities: serve as System Administrator for HR and Legal platforms, lead requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment, and act as project manager for platform initiatives. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, vendors, and Legal Ops, ensuring system integrity, data quality, and compliance, with a focus on process mapping, change management, and continuous system improvement. Requirements: 7+ years as a business analyst or project manager supporting HR, Legal, or CLM systems; hands-on experience with Workday and Greenhouse essential; familiarity with CLM platforms (e.g., Malbek) preferred; proven track record leading enterprise system implementations from requirements to go-live. Preferences: biotech or pharma industry experience, regulated environments, and high-growth settings. High-Value: HR and Legal enterprise applications, CLM implementation, system administration, project management, stakeholder engagement, documentation, change control, and compliance within a regulated biotech setting. Work setup: hybrid in San Francisco, requiring minimum of 3 days onsite; minimal travel expected.
