Senior Manager, IT - API

Role: Senior IT Manager overseeing system support and digital operations at a GMP manufacturing site for Novo Nordisk's API production. Responsibilities: lead and coach 24/7 IT support teams, develop strategic IT goals aligned with business needs, manage application support, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, drive digital transformation, and collaborate across global IT functions. Focus on maintaining operational excellence, system stability, and supporting scalable production growth. Requirements: Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field plus 7+ years of IT or automation experience, preferably in GMP manufacturing; 3+ years of leadership or project management experience; experience with GxP documentation, regulatory audits, and IT systems lifecycle management highly preferred.
