Senior Manager, Institutional Customer Communications & Marketing

Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of customer communications and marketing materials to maximize revenue, support customer reputation, drive new initiatives for US Hospital and biosimilar products, and advance internal communications and culture.
- Lead communications plans and written customer communications on supply/availability, product opportunities, market actions, and contract opportunities for sterile injectable, surgical, and biosimilar portfolios.
- Draft customer letters/emails, field force talking points, Q&As, and stakeholder messaging with input from cross-functional teams (e.g., Portfolio, Sales, Account Management, Pfizer Global Supply, Customer Service, Customer Marketing and Communications, Medical/Regulatory/Legal, Corporate Affairs).
- Develop messaging to support responses to media and stakeholder inquiries and other issues-management needs, partnering with Corporate Affairs.
- Draft US Hospital and Sales Force internal communications (newsletters, internal emails, presentations).
- Track and measure communications and marketing metrics.
- Assist with slide content and leadership talking points for internal meetings (Sales forums, all-colleague meetings, annual Plan of Action meetings).
- Assist in messaging support for market sustainability, pricing-related communications, and thought leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of experience; OR Master’s degree with at least 5 years of experience; OR PhD with 1+ years of experience.
- Experience in B2B, customer/commercial and/or corporate communications.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Additional experience in internal communications and/or marketing.
- Proven track record delivering effective, creative communications aligned to business goals.
- Strong writing, editing, and project management; reliable and timely planning/execution.
- Demonstrated understanding of how communications strategy connects to and advances business strategy.
- Experience supporting senior corporate executives; comfortable working across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work inclusively with diverse internal/external stakeholders; influence/negotiation/stakeholder management skills.
- Strong overall communications capabilities (strategy, audience-targeted plans, research/writing/editing, talking points, editorial features, scripts, multimedia oversight, digital/social channels, measurement/reporting).
- Strong knowledge of healthcare and biopharmaceuticals; preferred knowledge of hospital generics/sterile injectables and/or experience supporting sales teams.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and remain professional under pressure.
- Proactive self-starter; able to work independently; entrepreneurial mindset.
