Senior Manager, Information Security

Role: Senior Manager, Information Security responsible for leading and maturing Tonix’s cybersecurity program, ensuring governance, compliance, and operational continuity. Responsibilities: develop security policies, standards, and roadmaps; oversee security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and vendor assessments; lead audits and penetration tests; produce executive metrics; partner with stakeholders to embed security into business processes; support disaster recovery. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity, IT, or related; 8+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in leadership roles; experience in regulated biotech, pharma, or healthcare sectors preferred; strong knowledge of cybersecurity governance, incident handling, cloud/security architectures, and vendor risk management; CISSP highly preferred. HighValue: experience in cybersecurity within biopharma/regulatory environments; familiarity with Microsoft 365, cloud security, and security frameworks; leadership of technical teams and strategic planning.
