Role Summary

Senior Manager, Inflation Reduction Act Program Analysis & Compliance role focusing on managing 340B and IRA processes and compliance activities for the Medicare Drug Negotiation Program. Interfaces with internal teams to ensure accurate input and implementation of requirements, supports analytics and audits, and collaborates on regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the development and implementation of 340B and Inflation Reduction Act processes and compliance activities for the Medicare Drug Negotiation Program
  • Ensure accurate and timely input and implementation of 340B and MFP requirements in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Co-develop processes to validate 340B and MFP refunds and oversee general management and modifications due to regulatory changes
  • Support analytics, good faith inquiries, complaints, and post-payment audits
  • Support master data management requirements for the IRA as required
  • Support special projects for U.S. government programs to assist with compliance and implementation of new and existing regulations

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience may be substituted for degree when appropriate
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible, relevant experience with financial reporting, rebate adjudication, government programs and the IRA
  • Pharmaceutical experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of U.S. Government program related financial impacts and requirements preferred
  • Working financial reporting knowledge of the 340B/PHS Program and related stakeholders preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Access and SQL Management Studio preferred
  • Experience with Master Data Management and Model N Revenue Management Suite preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience co-leading a project in the development and implementation of processes and programs
  • Ability to recognize trends, establish a way forward, and balance big-picture and detail-oriented work
  • Self-motivated with focus on accuracy and efficiency; strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Effective personal time management and organizational skills
