Senior Manager, Immunoassay Development

Role: Senior Manager, Immunoassay Development leading laboratory operations, staff management, and assay lifecycle support for vaccine CMC programs. Responsibilities: oversee daily immunoassay activities, mentor scientists, coordinate assay development, optimization, troubleshooting, and technology evaluation; manage outsourced assays and cross-functional collaborations; ensure data integrity, documentation, and GMP compliance; support assay strategy for potency, antigenicity, and stability across vaccine pipeline. Requirements: PhD in relevant biomedical sciences with 8+ years or equivalent industry experience; strong hands-on expertise in ligand-binding immunoassays (ELISA, MSD, multiplex), assay development, validation, and lifecycle management; proven leadership in regulated environments; experience managing external vendors; excellent communication and team-building skills.
