Human Resources Business Partner responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational HR leadership to assigned business units; trusted advisor to senior leaders.
- Partner on strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and change readiness; diagnose organizational challenges and design sustainable solutions using data/analytics/benchmarks.
- Liaison with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, HRIS) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Lead/support the full talent lifecycle: workforce planning, recruiting strategy, onboarding, performance management, career development, succession planning; facilitate talent reviews, leadership development, retention; identify capability gaps and run development workshops.
- Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, and difficult conversations; manage employee relations, investigations with Legal/Compliance; ensure employment-law compliance; support leave/disability/FMLA/immigration/unemployment and corrective action; maintain documentation and policy adherence.
- Use HR metrics and AI-enabled insights; lead/collaborate on cross-functional HR projects; partner with Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and Compliance; support continuous improvement.
- Additional: provides other functions as required/assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in HR or related (required). Masterโs degree in HR or related (preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years progressive HR Business Partner experience; 3+ years supporting corporate functions. Pharmaceutical and sales-support experience are strong pluses.
- Knowledge/skills: state and federal employment laws; benefits administration experience; strong business acumen and ability to influence without direct authority.
Compensation/benefits:
- Salary: $150,000โ$170,000; short-term incentive/bonus within first 12 months; competitive health/insurance benefits and 401(k) matching; employee well-being programs.
