      Role Summary
 Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support Regeneron’s Global Development functions & clinical trials business lines. Reports to the Senior Director, HR Business Partner. This role is based in Sleepy Hollow, NY with a minimum of 4 days onsite required.
 
 Responsibilities
 
  - Partners with the Sr. HRBP to identify and plan key HR work for the business functions. This role works across all client groups.
 
  - Work with managers and employees to help solve people-related challenges, coordinating with internal HR specialists.
 
  - Provide coaching to managers and employees on options and how to demonstrate the Regeneron Way.
 
  - Participate in interviews for key positions and conduct candidate debriefs to drive hiring decisions in a rapidly expanding organization.
 
  - Onboard new managers by partnering with hiring managers to facilitate a successful onboarding experience.
 
  - Identify needs (individual and team) within client areas and partner with the OD Consulting team to craft solutions (e.g., team building).
 
  - Partner with Total Rewards to define new roles, identify market value, and other reward/recognition programs.
 
  - Collaborate with managers to support year-end performance calibrations and compensation in Workday.
 
  - Provide ad hoc project support (e.g., career ladders, re-organization projects).
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
  - Minimum of 8-10 years’ HR experience, with experience in pharma/biopharma/biotech highly preferred.
 
  - Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or HR-related discipline; advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in OD/HR) preferred.

  - Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or HR-related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
