Responsibilities
- Support development of impactful personal promotional content for Community Liaison (CL) field teams; translate brand strategy into field-ready, compliant materials.
- Build and execute community marketing initiatives for the HIV portfolio; create promotional tools, support Plan of Action (POA) development, and prioritize across multiple therapies.
- Develop and lead key elements of AHCP (Allied Healthcare Professional) personal/non-personal promotional brand strategy aligned to prioritization and brand campaigns.
- Drive execution with external agencies, internal cross-functional partners, and field CL teams; measure initiative success.
- Implement product promotional communication strategy for AHCP promotions; assist with personal/non-personal promotion tactics to drive brand/franchise preference.
- Assist in development of unbranded disease education for congresses/events and local/regional strategies.
- Obtain approvals via internal review (management, Med-Legal-Reg.) and secure final production.
- Ensure activities comply with regulatory/legal requirements; develop KPIs; manage non-personal promotions budget and timelines.
- Provide strategic/tactical input for promotional campaigns, omnichannel executions, and unbranded education; support internal CL meetings.
- Analyze brand opportunities and provide recommendations/action planning.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorโs + 8 yearsโ experience OR Masterโs + 6 years OR Ph.D.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years pharma/biotech marketing; record of marketing progression; leverage multi-source market insights; marketing strategy/sales/regulatory experience; multi-dimensional marketing/business plan execution; omni/multi-channel experience; strong communication; understanding of pharma regulatory requirements; external agency collaboration; budget management.

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable)
- Salary range: $169,320.00โ$219,120.00. May be eligible for annual bonus, stock-based incentives, paid time off; benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
