- Partner with cross-functional partners to develop product value propositions that optimize access, reimbursement, and uptake.
- Identify HEOR evidence requirements and gaps; design and deliver studies/tools (observational, real-world data, registries, PRO studies, cost-effectiveness, budget impact, modeling) to demonstrate relative value and differentiation.
- Conduct population/disease-state and epidemiology analyses to inform clinical development and life-cycle management.
- Oversee PRO strategy development and implementation to ensure PRO endpoints in labeling and support differentiation.
- Develop and validate PRO endpoints for integration in pivotal studies.
- Include PRO studies in NDA/MAA dossiers and labels and interact with Agencies.
- Report, publish, and disseminate HEOR data/study results per company, industry, and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver HEOR presentations to support reimbursement decisions.
- Collaborate with alliance partners on HEOR plans, studies, and deliverables.
This Role Requires
- Advanced degree (PhD, MS, or PharmD) in an HEOR-related field; 2+ years post-graduate experience (MS: 3+ years; PharmD: 3+ years fellowship/training plus pharma/consulting HEOR experience).
- Strong technical expertise designing and conducting HEOR studies and models.
- Excellent written/verbal communication.
- Ability to interact with and present to Senior Management.
- Immunology therapeutic experience is a plus.
