The Senior Product Manager, HCP US Marketing - Hematology will develop and implement brand strategies and execution plans for Genmabโs hematology asset, EPKINLY. Reporting to the Director of EPKINLY HCP Marketing, this role partners with the US Marketing Team, cross-functional EPKINLY teams, and Alliance collaboration partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop key brand strategies, pull-through tactics, and execute against the brand vision
- Integrate promotional strategies into the overall product brand plan
- Create/manage tactical plans and content to support brand and launch readiness
- Execute peer-to-peer education (advisory boards, steering committees, customer insights)
- Partner with Brand & Digital Marketing and Alliance partners to deliver campaigns, positioning, messaging, and brand collateral (including new indications)
- Translate primary/secondary data into insight-driven decisions and actionable plans
- Lead through external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders to drive performance
- Collaborate with sales leadership to set clear strategic/execution direction for the sales force
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables aligned to brand goals
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree required; MBA preferred
- 5+ years relevant experience, including US in-line marketing
- Oncology/hematology marketing experience highly preferred (recent launch preferred)
- Preferred: joint venture/co-promote/co-marketing alliance experience
- Strategic/creative mindset; translate insights to action
- Proven brand performance and sales force engagement/execution
- Excellent written/verbal communication; able to lead/motivate cross-functional teams
- Self-starter who can thrive in a complex, fast-paced emerging environment
- Domestic travel up to 25%
