Responsibilities:
- Lead HCP brand strategy and oversee execution of non-personal promotion (NPP) across CRM/email, digital, social, and web to ensure a cohesive, insight-driven HCP experience.
- Partner with Omnichannel Excellence (OCE) and Insights teams to translate strategy into engagement plans and optimize channel performance.
- Develop and optimize content with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory, balancing compliance, accuracy, and channel-appropriate execution.
- Guide agencies and embed a test-and-learn mindset to improve content and engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Field, OCE, Insights, Market Access, Consumer, Corporate Communications, and Finance.
- Lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, driving alignment and overseeing execution.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of pharma or biotech commercial experience, including at least 2 years in marketing (agency or consulting experience considered).
- Working knowledge of key digital channels (CRM/email, paid media, web) and how content adapts to perform.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence across functions and levels.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Womenโ€™s Health or Mental Health.
- Launch experience, particularly omnichannel campaigns.
