Senior Manager, GRC Technology, Metrics, and Automation

Role: Senior Manager, GRC Technology, Metrics & Automation, to lead the modernization of Pfizer's cybersecurity GRC platform ecosystem. Responsibilities: oversee GRC platform administration (e.g., ServiceNow, Archer), design automated workflows and integrations, develop cybersecurity metrics and dashboards, and implement AI-enabled risk analytics. Partner with senior leaders across R&D, manufacturing, and digital functions to deliver data-driven GRC solutions aligned with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and pharmaceutical regulations. Manage a small team, evaluate platform performance, and promote technology-enabled accountability. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field; 6+ years in cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance roles; hands-on experience with GRC platforms, automation, and risk management; deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulation in highly regulated industries, preferably pharma or healthcare; strong stakeholder influence and communication skills. Preferred: professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC), experience with GRC tools, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and leadership in digital transformation initiatives. Work setup: hybrid in-office role with less than 20% travel, requiring 2-3 days weekly onsite.
