Senior Manager, Government Pricing & Contracting

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead special projects; remain flexible/adaptive to changing requirements and processes.
- Review/approve Medicaid and ADAP invoice submissions, price lists, and contract updates to ensure accurate data for on-time processing.
- Create, drive, and analyze day-to-day operational reports/metrics to ensure adherence to statutory/contractual service levels and communicate trends.
- Collaborate with state Medicaid agencies (or intermediaries) to resolve disputes in a timely manner.
- Serve as subject matter expert and technical resource on rebating systems/tools (Model N, SAP, Tableau).
- Support development/maintenance of policies, SOPs, and work instructions for compliance and consistency.
- Interact effectively with internal/external stakeholders (customers, account managers, Strategy & Analytics, FP&A, A/P, legal, 3rd-party consultants, etc.).
- Support customer service inquiries and supervise routing of questions to appropriate resources.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree + 8+ years relevant experience; OR Master’s + 6+; OR PhD + 2+.
- Relevant experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare.

Preferred Qualifications (selected):
- Strong verbal/written/interpersonal skills; proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience managing/understanding rebate payment process across Medicaid (FFS/MCO), Medicaid Supplemental, SPAP, and ADAP.
- Claim processing principles/documentation and processing systems knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; basic Tableau knowledge preferred.

Benefits/Compensation (explicit):
- Salary range: $157,590.00–$203,940.00; may include discretionary bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life.
