How you will contribute:
- Partner with PVA Access Leads to design and execute global payer research to understand value drivers and requirements for early and sustainable access across geographies/indications.
- Contribute payer evidence strategy (by payer archetype) across assets and incorporate into the asset evidence generation plan.
- Partner with PVA Access Lead on internal/external insights (e.g., HTA advice) to support clinical trial design input and evidence generation planning.
- Develop core payer tools (e.g., global value dossiers, payer objection handler) with cross-functional teams to enable reimbursement submissions globally.
- Optimize regional/country pull-through by developing and delivering training, value and evidence workshops, and interactions with LOCs as needed.
- Partner with Pricing on global pricing strategies via pricing research and analysis/modelling of pricing and contracting options.
- Provide input into commercial and R&D strategies to differentiate products and maximize lifecycle value through pricing/access assessments.
- Support PVA project management across workstreams for timely delivery of strategies and tools.
- Support IRA/MFN and JHTA readiness initiatives as needed.
- Develop internal communication materials for management/stakeholder meetings.
Basic qualifications/requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree.
- 4+ years in healthcare consulting or biopharmaceuticals.
- 1+ years in pricing, health policy/public health, health economics, and/or international affairs.
- Knowledge of global payers, including US Medicare/commercial/Federal; and ex-US payer landscape/HTA trends (e.g., NICE, IQWiG, PBAC).
- Knowledge of health technology assessment tools/methods/filings; payer/global pricing research; price modelling and cost-effectiveness studies.
- Prior PMA/HE regional or global experience.
- Knowledge of all phases of drug development.
