Senior Manager, Global Strategic Orchestration – Commercial IT

Role: Senior Manager, Global Strategic Orchestration – Commercial IT, leads enterprise-wide Commercial Technology strategy execution. Responsibilities: partner with Commercial Leadership to develop integrated roadmaps, oversee portfolio governance across CRM, CMS, omnichannel, analytics, and AI; coordinate cross-functional program delivery; ensure alignment with business outcomes; establish value realization frameworks and KPIs; influence architecture and investment decisions. Requirements: 10+ years in Commercial IT, digital transformation, or strategic portfolio roles; strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial capabilities, including sales, marketing, omnichannel engagement, content, and analytics; proven experience managing complex, cross-program dependencies and enterprise transformation initiatives; expertise in governance, KPIs, and business case development. Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, customer engagement, content operations; exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
