Key Responsibilities:
- Understand endocrine rare disease therapeutic areas (e.g., hypoparathyroidism, achondroplasia) and aligned products.
- Develop innovative, engaging external scientific content for scientific exchange (e.g., slide decks, infographics, interactive PDFs, animations, video abstracts, podcasts).
- Research and create scientifically accurate, evidence-based, strategic content that is grammatically correct, appropriately referenced, and aligned with quality/regulatory standards.
- Provide guidance on appropriate use of scientific evidence and aligned messaging.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Clinical Development, local Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Legal, Corporate Communications, Competitive Intelligence, etc.) to deliver high-impact medical materials aligned to strategy.
- Monitor clinical data, competitive landscape, new therapies, clinical trends, and regulatory guidance to assess impacts to materials and messaging.

Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences (PhD/PharmD/MD/MSN) required.
- 3+ years industry experience in Medical Communications or Medical Affairs (agency Medical Communications acceptable); 5–7 years preferred.
- Strong organization; proficiency in Microsoft Suite; Adobe Creative Cloud, BioRender, and/or similar tools preferred.
- Medical Communications expertise (e.g., field medical resources, advisory boards, congress/publication plans, conference symposia, disease state education).
- Understanding of brand identity, editorial design, information graphics, and data visualization; experience with digital/web content preferred.
- Ability to concisely communicate complex medical/scientific concepts; strong analytical and multi-project management skills.
- Ability to work across functions/geographies; initiative and self-motivation.
- Experience in rare disease or endocrinology preferred (not required).
