Role: Senior Manager, Global Oncology Communications, Bladder Cancer and GU Public Affairs, supporting communication strategies to enhance Johnson & Johnson's reputation in oncology, with a focus on bladder cancer. Responsibilities: develop and execute integrated global and local communications initiatives; translate complex scientific data into compelling messaging; support product launches and disease awareness campaigns; collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Medical Affairs, Public Affairs, and regional markets; ensure alignment of messaging and strategy across channels and geographies; monitor landscape insights to refine strategies; embed public affairs considerations into therapeutic area plans; operate within governance and compliance standards; leverage digital tools for execution and measurement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 8+ years in communications, public affairs, or related field, with experience in global or regional oncology communications; strong storytelling, media, digital, and stakeholder engagement skills; proven ability to influence in a matrixed environment. Preferred: experience in bladder or genitourinary oncology; advanced degree; technical understanding of scientific and medical content.
