Duties:
- Collaborate with IT and Business teams to understand requirements and develop solutions for Enterprise Manufacturing Execution Systems (EMES).
- Design, build, test, and deliver standard and custom EMES capabilities across the global manufacturing network.
- Provide ongoing support to minimize disruptions to manufacturing operations and maintain product integrity.
- Support administration of central EMES development and test systems; oversee site-specific development, test, and production environments.
- Contribute to knowledge management by creating content and mentoring team members.
- Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities in processes and systems.
- Promote compliance with data integrity and computer system validation requirements.
- Manage change impact on validated state of applications and infrastructure.
- Telecommuting permitted up to 50%; up to 10% domestic travel required.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in Computer Systems Analyst or related occupation.
- Must have 5 yearsβ experience with:
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (including Emerson Syncade)
- Automation/execution systems in regulated manufacturing (Syncade, DeltaV, or OSIsoft PI Data Historian)
- Batch manufacturing standards (ISA S88 or S95)
- Life Sciences software validation for regulatory compliance
- Delivering IT automation solutions.
