Role: Senior Manager of Medical Communications within Global Medical Oncology, responsible for developing and executing scientifically accurate and strategic communication plans supporting GMO assets. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional efforts to create medical publications, scientific content, and congress presentations; ensure alignment with global and local strategies; serve as liaison between Medical Communications and other internal/external stakeholders; oversee publication standards, data dissemination, and external relationships with experts and publishers; manage resources, budgets, and vendor partnerships; ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Requirements: advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, or MD); 5+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare medical communications, with experience in global and local markets; strong strategic, leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration skills; experience across drug development phases, including post-marketing; knowledge of GPP, ICMJE, transparency regulations, and clinical trial data interpretation; proficient in publication management tools and Microsoft Office. Preferred: CMPP certification, familiarity with clinical trial design and statistical reporting, experience in oncology or hematology therapeutic areas, and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
