Role: Senior Manager, Global Medical Affairs Strategy for RNA Therapeutics, supporting Sarepta's gene therapy programs for neuromuscular disorders, particularly Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Responsibilities include developing and executing scientific strategies for product launch and lifecycle management; identifying data gaps and driving data generation initiatives; creating scientific narratives; analyzing clinical and real-world data; supporting congress and advisory activities; and providing medical content management. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and training to enhance scientific understanding within the organization. Qualifications: MD, PhD, or PharmD with 3+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in rare diseases, neuromuscular disorders, or related fields. Requires strong scientific acumen, experience with medical strategy development, and effective communication skills. Preferred: experience in neuromuscular or CNS disorders, and familiarity with medical affairs in biopharma.
