Senior Manager, Global Medical Affairs Strategy, RNA Therapeutics

Role: Senior Manager, Global Medical Affairs Strategy, RNA Therapeutics, supporting Sarepta's gene therapy programs for Duchenne muscular dystrophy and other neuromuscular diseases. Responsibilities: develop and implement medical strategies for product launch and lifecycle; identify data gaps and drive data generation; create scientific narratives; analyze clinical, non-clinical, and real-world data; contribute to congresses, symposia, advisory boards, and develop content; collaborate cross-functionally to share insights; provide medical content support; manage vendors and medical review processes; represent Medical Affairs internally and externally; build disease area and modality expertise. Requirements: MD, PhD, or PharmD; 3+ years pharma experience, ideally in rare diseases, neuromuscular disorders, or related fields; strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills; ability to operate in matrix organizations; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
