Role: Senior Manager, Global Medical Affairs Strategy, RNA Therapeutics, supporting Sarepta's gene therapies for Duchenne muscular dystrophy and related neuromuscular disorders. Responsibilities include developing and executing medical strategies for product launch and lifecycle, identifying data gaps, and driving data generation initiatives; creating scientific narratives; analyzing clinical and real-world data; and supporting congresses, advisory boards, and expert committees. The role also entails managing medical content development, vendor oversight, and ensuring compliance with regulatory review processes, while fostering cross-functional collaboration and scientific education. Qualifications: Doctorate (MD, PhD, PharmD); 3+ years in pharma, preferably in rare diseases, neuromuscular, or RNA therapeutics; proven experience in medical strategy, data analysis, and medical writing; strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
