Responsibilities include developing and executing medical strategies for product launch and lifecycle management, identifying data gaps, generating scientific narratives, analyzing clinical and real-world data, and supporting scientific communications for congresses and advisory boards. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing medical content, vendor oversight, and training internal stakeholders. Qualifications: Doctorate degree (MD, PhD, PharmD); 3+ years industry experience, preferably in rare diseases, neuromuscular disorders, or related fields. Skills include strong scientific communication, project management, and ability to operate in matrix organizations. Preferred: Experience in neuromuscular, neurology, or rare disease therapeutic areas, and familiarity with GxP and medical review processes. High-Value: Focus on gene therapies and siRNA modalities, supporting product development and lifecycle management in a highly regulated environment, with responsibilities spanning scientific strategy, data analysis, and external engagement.
