Role: Senior Manager, Global Medical Affairs Strategy, RNA Therapeutics, supporting Sareptaโs PMO and siRNA therapies within the Global Medical Affairs team. Responsibilities include developing and executing medical strategies for product launch and lifecycle, identifying data gaps, generating scientific narratives, analyzing clinical and real-world data, and contributing to congress and advisory board content. The role entails collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing medical content development, and maintaining compliance with MLR processes, with a focus on Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and gene therapy modalities. Requirements: Doctorate degree (MD, PhD, PharmD), 3+ years industry experience, preferably in rare diseases or neuromuscular disorders; strong scientific communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred: experience in neuromuscular or CNS diseases, knowledge of rare disease clinical development, and experience in medical strategy.
