Senior Manager, Global Medical Affairs Strategy, RNA Therapeutics

Role: Senior Manager, Global Medical Affairs Strategy, RNA Therapeutics, supporting Sarepta's gene therapy programs for Duchenne muscular dystrophy and related neuromuscular diseases. Responsibilities: develop and execute medical strategies for product launch and lifecycle, identify data gaps, drive data generation initiatives, create scientific narratives, analyze clinical and real-world data, and contribute to congress and advisory board content. Collaborate across functions, build scientific competencies, manage medical content and vendor activities, and ensure compliance with MLR processes. Qualifications: MD, PhD, or PharmD with 3+ years in pharma, preferably in rare diseases, neuromuscular disorders, or RNA therapeutics. Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required. Preferred: experience in neuromuscular or central nervous system fields. High-Value: focus on gene therapies for Duchenne, RNA/siRNA modalities, clinical development, and medical affairs strategy within a highly matrixed organization. Work setup: hybrid U.S., with domestic and international travel as needed.
