Role: Senior Manager, Global Medical Affairs Strategy, RNA Therapeutics, supporting Sareptaโs gene therapy programs for neuromuscular and CNS diseases, particularly Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Responsibilities include developing and executing medical strategies for product launch and lifecycle management, identifying data gaps, creating scientific narratives, and analyzing clinical and real-world data. The role involves contributing to congresses, symposia, advisory boards, and training internal teams, as well as managing medical content, vendor guidance, and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications: MD, PhD, or PharmD with 3+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in rare diseases or neuromuscular disorders. Must possess strong scientific, communication, and project management skills, with experience operating in complex matrix organizations. Preferred: experience in neuromuscular or CNS therapeutic areas, knowledge of gene therapy and RNA modalities. High-Value: focus on rare genetic diseases, gene therapy, RNA therapeutics, late-stage development, medical strategy, and cross-functional team leadership. Work setup: hybrid (onsite in the U.S.); travel domestically and internationally as needed.
