Role: Senior Manager, Global Medical Affairs Strategy, RNA Therapeutics, supporting Sarepta's gene therapy programs for neuromuscular and CNS diseases, including Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Responsibilities: develop and execute medical strategies for product launch and lifecycle management, identify data gaps, generate scientific narratives, analyze clinical and real-world data, contribute to congress and advisory board activities, collaborate cross-functionally to share insights, provide medical content and training, manage vendor relationships, and represent medical affairs in cross-functional teams. Requirements: MD, PhD, or PharmD; 3+ years in pharma, preferably in rare diseases, neuromuscular disorders, or related fields; excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills; ability to operate in a matrixed organization; willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Preferred: experience in RNA-based therapies or gene therapy, familiarity with clinical, non-clinical, and real-world data analysis. High-Value: focus on gene therapies for neuromuscular and CNS indications, supporting product launch and lifecycle management, providing scientific and strategic input for rare disease programs. WorkSetup: hybrid (U.S.-based), with travel as needed.
