Senior Manager Global Insights, Inflammation & General Medicine

What You Will Do
- Facilitate decision enablement across the Commercial organization by leading insight generation via primary market research, strategic secondary analytics, and synthesis of internal knowledge; engage with numerous brands across business issues including early pipeline to LCM indications.
- Apply a consulting-type mindset to quickly ramp to new disease areas/business situations, solve ambiguous problems, integrate multiple data sources, and provide strategic partnership to support product strategy, brand building, and internal governance milestones.
- Integrate insights from market research, competitive intelligence, and secondary data to address business needs.
- Plan, design, and conduct primary market research (HCPs, patients, and payers) for multiple assets across the product lifecycle.
- Leverage existing research/knowledge synthesis to inform new decisions.
- Create global performance dashboards in collaboration with Marketing, Commercial Analytics, and Market Research teams.
- Conduct ad hoc strategic secondary analytics.
- Communicate insights via written/verbal presentations.
- Lead cross-region/cross-portfolio initiatives with global, regional, and local commercial teams.
- Set priorities and manage multiple projects/timelines simultaneously.

Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate + 2 years OR Master’s + 4 years OR Bachelor’s + 6 years OR Associate’s + 10 years OR High school/GED + 12 years in primary market research, management consulting and/or strategic insights generation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to extract/analyze/consolidate data with rigor and accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of drug development in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience leading primary market research.
- Strategic thinking to support business decisions.
- Collaborative, cross-functional teamwork.
- Excellent presentation skills to senior audiences.
- Skilled in prioritizing multiple responsibilities/projects.
- Experience with biopharmaceutical industry datasets/databases.

Flexible commuter role (Thousand Oaks, US headquarters); work on-site minimum 2 days/week.
