Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain GCSO communications strategy and editorial roadmap aligned to priorities.
- Translate strategy/capabilities into messaging frameworks, story briefs, and toolkits.
- Develop βhow we winβ stories; partner with SMEs to identify and shape story opportunities.
- Draft, edit, and quality-control leader messages, one-pagers, FAQs, intranet articles, newsletters, video scripts, and other assets with compliance review.
- Serve as day-to-day partner to GCSO leadership; manage intake, prioritization, and delivery.
- Coordinate pull-through and regional adaptations across North America, EMEA, AP, and LATAM.
- Plan and deliver internal engagement (town halls, summits, leadership meetings, capability launches); run-of-show and speaker prep.
- Support selective external storytelling; draft/edit executive-level communications for internal/external engagement.
- Manage workstreams, agency/vendor partners (as applicable), and communications success measures/reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required (communications/journalism/PR/marketing or related preferred).
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate/PR/employee/healthcare-biopharma communications (in-house and/or agency).
- Ability to translate complex strategy into clear communications; strong writing/editing/storytelling.
- Proven relationship-building/influence across functions/regions; end-to-end project management; high integrity and compliant communications.
- Travel: up to 25%.
