We are searching for the best talent to join our team as the Senior Manager, GCSO Communications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a GCSO communications strategy and editorial roadmap aligned to GCSO and IM CPA priorities.
- Translate GCSO strategies, capabilities, and proof points into messaging frameworks, story briefs, and toolkits.
- Develop β€œhow we win” stories demonstrating GCSO value across strategy, execution, innovation, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with subject-matter experts to identify story opportunities early and shape stories for key moments.
- Draft, edit, and quality-control leader messages, one-pagers, FAQs, slide-ready summaries, intranet articles, newsletters, and video scripts with compliance/review in mind.
- Serve as a day-to-day communications partner to GCSO leadership; manage intake, prioritization, and delivery.
- Enable regional partnership (North America, EMEA, AP, LATAM) via message pull-through and regional adaptation.
- Coordinate with adjacent IM CPA teams to ensure alignment on narrative, timing, and channels.
- Plan/deliver internal communications and support engagement moments (town halls, summits, leadership meetings, capability launches).
- Develop leader-ready and executive-level communications; support cross-channel activation.
- Manage workstreams, compliance reviews, agency/vendor partners (as applicable), and define/track success measures using analytics.
- Apply modern communications procedures and approved AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related preferred).
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate communications/PR/employee communications or healthcare/biopharma communications (in-house and/or agency).
- Ability to translate complex business/strategy topics into clear communications for multiple audiences/channels.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats.
- Proven relationship building and influence across functions, TAs, and regions.
- End-to-end project management experience (partners, approvals, measurement).
- High integrity and sound judgment for compliant communications.

Travel: Up to 25%.
