Senior Manager, GCSO Communications

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a GCSO communications strategy and editorial roadmap aligned to GCSO and IM CPA priorities.
- Translate GCSO strategies, capabilities, and proof points into messaging frameworks, story briefs, and toolkits for consistent use across functions, TAs, and regions.
- Develop β€œhow we win” stories demonstrating GCSO value with measurable outcomes.
- Partner with internal SMEs to identify story opportunities early and shape stories for key moments.
- Draft, edit, and quality-control leader messages, one-pagers, FAQs, slide-ready summaries, intranet articles, newsletters, and video scripts with compliance and review focus.
- Serve as a day-to-day communications partner to GCSO leadership; manage intake, prioritization, and delivery.
- Coordinate message pull-through across North America, EMEA, AP, and LATAM; adapt content for regional relevance.
- Coordinate with adjacent IM CPA teams to align narrative, timing, and channels.
- Plan and deliver internal communications; support engagement moments (town halls, summits, leadership meetings, capability launches) via run-of-show, speaker prep, and FAQs.
- Develop leader-ready materials and translate complex strategy into motivating employee-facing communications.
- Identify selective external storytelling opportunities to elevate capabilities.
- Draft executive-level communications for external engagement (remarks, talking points, LinkedIn-ready narratives).
- Contribute to cross-channel activation plans; manage workstreams, timelines, reviews/approvals, and deliverables.
- Ensure communications are compliant and reviewed; manage agency/vendor partners as applicable.
- Define and report success measures; apply modern/AI-enabled tools to strengthen planning and consistency.
- Travel up to 25%.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or related field preferred).
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate/PR/employee or healthcare/biopharma communications (in-house and/or agency).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex strategy into clear communications for different audiences/channels.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling across executive materials, messaging frameworks, newsletters, intranet content, toolkits, and presentations.
- Proven relationship-building and influence across functions, TAs, and regions.
- End-to-end project management experience (partners, approvals, measurement).
- High integrity and sound judgment for compliant communications practices.
