Senior Manager, Forecasting

Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting for components of demand; support month-end/quarter-end close with short-term forecast views; monitor Weekly Dashboard for accuracy and insights.
- Align with commercial partners, market access, and finance leaders on market/patient assumptions using quantitative evidence and qualitative insights for forecast periods (LBE, Plan, Long Range Plan); develop scenario planning.
- Integrate hypotheses into forecasting models; maintain and improve patient flow model for calibrated, precise outputs.
- Prepare and submit monthly ADS; deliver Min/Max scenarios; partner with Global Operations and Demand Planning to ensure optimal supply of demand.
- Use external data (e.g., IQVIA, payer mix, wholesaler inventory) to provide insights on market events and align demand assumptions.
- Load forecasts into required financial systems (e.g., CDLF, ADS) for consolidation across US NEC/US Tx/Global/Corporate reviews; ensure data accuracy and timely submission.
- Contribute to LBE/Plan/LRP management review decks; prepare concise narratives on key performance drivers.
- Provide decision support and special projects (e.g., AI Pilot) via analyses for ad-hoc presentations and quarterly earnings/companywide initiatives.
- Perform responsibilities with self-motivation and autonomy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Preferred: MBA in Accounting/Finance and/or CPA/CMA.
- 7–10 years progressive FP&A experience in the pharma industry.
- Forecasting experience and business acumen; understanding of financial planning process.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; ability to triangulate diverse data sets to inform forecasting.
- Ability to operate independently, lead multiple processes, and meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced technical skills; knowledge of PowerBI and CDLF.
