Role Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute medical strategy and customer engagement in VA/NC/SC, coordinating cross-functionally.
- Provide truthful, balanced, scientifically supported information to HCPs for unsolicited medical requests in compliance with Pfizer policies/SOPs/regulations.
- Maintain deep therapeutic area/disease state knowledge; identify gaps between evidence-based care and real-world practice; engage customers in scientific dialogue.
- Share external insights to inform medical strategy, content, and execution.
- Deliver approved medical content in local/regional/national forums; support patient-centric discussions (health literacy/cultural awareness).
- Field and manage inbound medical inquiries via triage; partner on ISR/investigator sites and investigators (including under-represented populations).
- Cultivate expertise via literature review, competitive monitoring, congresses, and external experts; understand study design/methodology/data interpretation.
- Engage patient advocacy organizations as appropriate; serve on committees; represent Medical Affairs professionally.
- Complete required training; use digital tools to document interactions.

Qualifications:
- Advanced scientific degree required (PharmD, PhD, DNP, or equivalent).
- 1+ years in clinical practice/research/health services/pharma or biotech medical affairs with increasing responsibility.
- Experience in independent scientific exchange with HCPs; designated therapeutic area experience highly desirable.
- Excellent communication; strong interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote field environment.
- Proficiency with digital tools; ability to synthesize evidence + real-world insights.

Preferred:
- Prior Field Medical or Medical Affairs experience.
- Familiarity with pharma industry interaction regulations/codes/guidelines.

Travel/Environment:
- Travel 50–80%; operate company car; valid US driver’s license.
