Responsibilities:
- Lead omnichannel/digital strategy to increase medical customer engagement and optimize customer experience for HCPs and Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) across all touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain multichannel medical education planning, engagement experience designs, and omnichannel roadmaps aligned to therapeutic areas and Scientific Objectives.
- Provide CRM/Digital and multichannel design expertise to Field Medical Affairs; orchestrate touchpoints across the customer journey.
- Drive adoption of omnichannel/digital strategies through cultural and operational transformation.
- Apply customer insights analytics, journey and segmentation to CRM/Digital campaigns.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs/Digital Lab/MABI/Agency) to design and implement ideal customer experiences.
- Guide development of in-field tools/assets (medical aids, external-facing materials, MSL emails) and collaborate with creative agencies on 1:1 messaging.
- Build business cases and lead proofs of concept/pilots for emerging digital/insight analytics capabilities.
- Execute CRM/Digital response channel expertise (e.g., Veeva, Email, Web, Mobile Apps, Social); leverage AI to synthesize field insights and optimize engagement metrics.

Qualifications:
- MS or MA required.
- 7+ years in healthcare communications, omnichannel strategy/execution, and healthcare experience.
- Pharma/Biotech or agency experience with data/insight analytics projects.
- Veeva and Marketo certifications a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of US/global healthcare ecosystems, regulatory environment, and digital trends.
- Strong ability to synthesize customer/market insights; lead without authority and integrate cross-functional teams.
