Tech Lead, Field Enablement & Reporting
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Owner to design solutions solving business problems; translate requirements into technical specifications and work tasks.
- Collaborate with Technical Suite Lead/Architects to turn roadmaps into scalable architectures and delivery plans (assess feasibility, constraints, dependencies, risks).
- Lead technical delivery: build/configure/integrate solutions including Field AI decision support (real-time insights/recommendations), Field Reporting (performance visibility dashboards/apps with CRM-integrated views), AI-enabled field decision/execution capabilities, and reporting/interfaces for field insight access.
- Guide compliant, scalable field solutions across Sales/Medical/Market Access; ensure consistent reporting structures, data models, and performance tracking across roles/territories.
- Coordinate integrations with analytics, orchestration, and enablement tools; resolve complex cross-suite technical challenges.
- Mentor developers; lead agile ceremonies and end-to-end ownership of complex technical issues.
Required/Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Required: enterprise-scale, scalable secure/compliant technology solutions; enterprise software architecture/cloud/API/data integration; experience owning field-facing reporting/enablement products; Agile product development experience; experience leading mixed internal/vendor teams.
- Preferred: Veeva AI/Copilot/Xpages and Field NBA (via Xpages); pharma/healthcare; rare disease/specialty brands; enterprise Global Capability partnerships.
- Education: BS in CS/engineering/IS or related.
- Experience: 7+ years post-BS (or 5+ post-MS) in field force effectiveness/sales ops/CRM/field analytics (go-to-market, territory, incentives, field performance); 2+ years as Tech Lead/TMP/Eng Manager.
Working Requirements

- Base pay range: $141,600β$212,400; potential annual bonus/incentive and discretionary equity; medical/dental/vision, 401k, flexible paid vacation.
