Senior Manager, External Supplier Operations

Role: Senior Manager, External Supplier Operations, supporting late-stage and pre-commercial biopharmaceutical manufacturing of antibody therapy RZ358 for hyperinsulinism. Responsibilities: oversee external manufacturing programs, including technology transfer, supplier coordination, manufacturing readiness, and milestone delivery; manage schedules, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional meetings; track quality, change controls, and program risks; develop status reports and support manufacturing and commercial readiness. Requirements: Bachelor's in scientific, engineering, or related discipline; 7+ years in biopharma, with direct experience managing CDMO external manufacturing activities, technology transfer, and supply chain coordination; strong understanding of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, preferably Drug Substance, and cGMP principles; skilled in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and risk mitigation; proficient with MS Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Smartsheet. Preferred: experience supporting late-stage clinical or commercial manufacturing; background in small to mid-sized biotech environments.
