Job Description
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, ERP Quality - Global Product Lead.

Purpose
Lead process standardization and design of core Quality solution on SAP S/4 for MedTech Supply Chain Digital, harmonizing 40+ global MT ERP systems and standardizing core processes across Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Deliver.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute process design, build, test, and adoption activities for Quality.
- Use process design methodology (templates/tools/controls/cadence) to deliver comprehensive project solutions.
- Review/approve process decisions, design, and builds to ensure compliance with the Global Template.
- Define, document, and align capabilities across business and technical groups.
- Review/approve end-user business adoption mitigations for process changes; obtain leadership approvals for deviations.
- Partner with Process Integration, IT, master data, and PMO to craft, build, validate, deploy, and coordinate project plans.
- Partner with business adoption to ensure change management, readiness, and training.
- Exhibit strong communication and organizational change skills; lead conflict resolution and team building.

Education
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications
Required:
- 7+ years Quality business experience (e.g., LIMS; Non-conformance/Events/CAPA/Audit).
- 5+ years in Operations/Supply Chain or large transformation programs.
- 5+ years implementing SAP projects in Quality Management (SAP QM); hands-on SAP delivery (scoping to support).
- Experience designing/leading global operational technological processes; influence/negotiation; customer-facing leadership.
- Ability to lead cross-functional decision-making; deploy standardized work/tools/templates.
- Experience in multi-ERP/system environments.

Preferred:
- Familiarity with GxP and SOX; PMP/APICS/Lean Six Sigma or similar.
- Data analytics for trends/risk/compliance improvements; proactive compliance risk anticipation; flexibility and continuous improvement.

- English fluency required; up to 25% travel.
