Senior Manager, Enterprise Stewardship & Standards

Role: Senior Manager, Enterprise Stewardship & Standards, responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise data stewardship framework, including glossaries, definitions, and business rules for planning data within a biopharma context. Responsibilities: develop and sustain canonical definitions for cross-domain planning concepts, facilitate stakeholder consensus through forums, document business rules, clarify roles via RACI matrices, and ensure alignment with enterprise data policies. Collaborate with Data Governance, system owners, and analytics teams to embed standards into systems and data products, support auditability, and track adoption. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years in biotech, pharma, or health sectors; strong knowledge of drug development, clinical planning, and portfolio management; experience developing business glossaries and governance frameworks; proficiency with planning and analytics tools (e.g., Planisware, Planview, MS Office); excellent facilitation and communication skills; knowledge of data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation) and certifications (e.g., CDMP, PMP) preferred. Work setup: on-site in Tarrytown NY or Warren NJ with 10% travel.
