Senior Manager, Enterprise AI/BI Analytics Platform

Role: Senior Manager leading Genmab's Enterprise AI/BI Analytics Platform, responsible for developing and executing strategies to evolve the organization’s business intelligence and AI-driven analytics capabilities. Core responsibilities include managing and standardizing BI tools (e.g., Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI), driving migration to a unified, metadata-driven analytics environment, and advancing AI-enabled features like natural language querying, embedded AI insights, and automated anomaly detection. The role involves partnering with data governance, translating business needs into scalable platform solutions, and promoting analytics adoption across functions. Requirements: BS degree in Computer Science or Bioinformatics; 5-8+ years in BI, analytics, or data platforms; 3+ years in operational leadership; experience with BI tools, modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake), SQL, data modeling, and transformation frameworks (e.g., dbt); familiarity with metadata and governance concepts.
