Senior Manager, Distribution / Inventory Control

Role: Senior Manager of Inventory Control overseeing raw materials through finished goods inventory across USCAN sites, ensuring process control, compliance, and accuracy. Responsibilities: develop and implement policies, manage cycle counts, reconcile 3PL inventory, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Audit teams to enhance inventory systems and KPI performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 12+ years’ inventory management experience; 3-6 years of management; extensive knowledge of inventory controls, ERP (SAP preferred), logistics, and manufacturing processes; familiarity with GxP regulations and Lean principles; proficient in business systems and data analysis; strong leadership skills to develop and manage teams. Preferred: experience in medical device regulations.
