Responsibilities:
- In partnership with the Director of Marketing, develop and implement comprehensive consumer/patient and HCP digital marketing strategies grounded in patient and HCP insights
- Develop brand-specific and disease-state expertise; create digital activations and programs aligned with business objectives
- Implement best-in-class consumer and HCP digital marketing strategies aligned to brand goals and maximizing business results
- Guide and oversee implementation and ongoing optimization of EUA-compliant HCP and consumer/patient digital plans
- Develop launch plans and digital activations to support new product launches
- Ensure HCP and consumer/patient social media influencer plans are appropriately implemented and optimized
- Manage agency partners in creative and digital media planning and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, informative content for various digital platforms
- Oversee execution of digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and social media initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (required); MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years focused on digital and social marketing
- Digital marketing experience in pharma, biotech, consumer health, or OTC categories (required)
- Design tools experience (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) (preferred)
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical advertising and promotion regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and external agencies in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong hands-on experience managing workflows through legal and regulatory promotional review process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Northeast local candidate preference; in-office presence up to 30% (required)
Pay Range:
- $144,000 - $192,000 base salary; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity)
