Senior Manager, Development to Launch Analytics

Role: Senior Manager, Development to Launch Analytics within BMS's Product Development and Supply (PDS) Analytics team, focusing on advanced data science and analytics to support drug development and product launch strategies. Responsibilities: collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address key business questions related to CMC development and new product introduction; develop and operationalize machine learning, statistical, and quantitative models; promote best practices in coding, data analysis, and automation; lead multiple analytics projects from conception to delivery; influence decision-making through insightful reporting. Requirements: bachelor's in a quantitative field; 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, statistical modeling, SQL, Python/R; strong knowledge of data architecture, probabilistic methods, and production-grade coding; prior experience in life sciences/pharmaceutical industry preferred; excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
