Role: Senior Manager, Data Strategy and Field Tool Operations in North America, overseeing technical operations for Field Tools supporting Commercial and Medical Affairs teams. Responsibilities: manage daily operations of Field Tools, vendor coordination, develop and maintain application runbooks and training materials, implement quality controls for application validation, support platform enhancements, oversee service support and deployment processes, coordinate infrastructure upgrades, ensure data consistency and quality, and facilitate user training and engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's in Science, Engineering, or Information Management; 8+ years in biotech/pharma with knowledge of Commercial and Medical applications; strong team management, technical product management, and communication skills; experience supporting large field user bases and managing data quality.
