Senior Manager, Data Stewardship

Role: Data Steward leading consumer data governance for US Market at Genmab, ensuring high-quality, trusted data for analytics and decision-making across Commercial, Medical, and Digital teams. Responsibilities: define and enforce data standards, partner with stakeholders to resolve data issues, implement governance frameworks, ensure compliance with privacy regulations, and promote data literacy. Operates independently with influence across cross-functional teams and leads enterprise data councils. Requirements: 8+ years in data stewardship, governance, or management; strong knowledge of data quality, metadata, and governance frameworks; experience with MDM systems (preferably Reltio), governed data platforms, and familiarity with Salesforce Data 360, Health Cloud, and Tableau is advantageous. High-value specifics: focus on consumer data (patients, caregivers, HCPs), within a regulated biopharma environment, supporting enterprise-level data integrity.
