Senior Manager, Data, Performance & Reporting

Role Summary

Senior Manager, Data, Performance & Reporting at Gilead. Lead supplier performance management and performance reporting within logistics, partnering with Procurement & Legal to ensure contracts align with corporate guidelines, and deliver monthly KPI reporting using real-time tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to deploy Supplier Relationship Management and ensure delivery of Gilead objectives.
• Partner with Logistics Procurement to engage suppliers and participate in drafting supplier agreements to ensure terms comply with corporate guidelines.
• Drive supplier performance with guidance, and contribute to process standardization and best practice in logistics.
• Develop and deliver performance reporting for a suite of logistics KPIs on a monthly basis, and leverage real-time tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. and 6+ years experience; or
• Master's Degree and 6+ years experience; or
• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years experience; or
• Associates Degree and 10+ years experience; or
• High School Degree and 12+ years experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical operations/cGMP environment highly desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of logistics operations within Gilead and understanding of external best practices globally.

• Organizational and time management skills, with knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
• Understanding of regulatory guidance (pharmaceutical GMPs and GDP) and policy interpretation.
• Experience with logistics KPI definitions, targets, and real-time reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Education

• Ph.D., or Master’s, or Bachelor’s, or Associate’s, or High School with relevant industry experience as listed above.
