Senior Manager, Data Management Program Lead, Hematology

Role: Program Lead in Data Management overseeing multiple clinical studies and programs in oncology, ensuring data quality, compliance, and process efficiency. Responsibilities: lead data management activities, oversee data team performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, liaise with vendors (CROs, labs), develop and review data-related documentation, support process improvements, and ensure audit readiness. Requirements: minimum 8+ years in clinical data management within biotech/pharma, strong oncology experience, 5+ years as a Lead Data Manager, proficiency in EDC systems (Medidata Rave preferred), and general knowledge of ICH/regulatory standards. Preferred: experience developing data standards, influencing cross-functional teams, and working in GxP environments.
